Each facility will convert corn into fuel grade ethanol  which will be sold to local refineries. Additional
co-products from our ethanol process include:

] Corn germ — extracted from the corn kernel and sold

] Spent Distillers Grains (SDGs):

] Wet SDGs — fed to beef and dairy cattle on site or in background operations

] Dried SDGs — sold to grain marketers

] Carbon dioxide (CO2) — captured and sold

In addition to the ethanol facility, our design includes a major confined animal feeding facility (MCAFF) with approximately 10,000 head of beef cattle and 2,000 head of dairy, adding two sources of income—beef and milk. Maximum licensed capacity in 12,800 beef animals.

The integrated facility uses a central anaerobic digester to process waste from both the ethanol process and the animal facilities.  The anaerobic digestion process generates methane gas which will be converted into renewable electricity and used to run the facility. Excess renewable electricity will be sold on the grid creating an additional source of income.
